\nThe layout includes two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom\u2014carefully arranged to optimize flow, light, and privacy. Despite its compact footprint, the apartment feels generous and balanced, with each function clearly articulated within a unified aesthetic.
\nDeveloped in collaboration with the architectural studio K-S Project, under the direction of Konstantina Sygkyridi, the project reflects a clear and cohesive interior vision. Our studio contributed to both the architectural interior detailing and the high-quality visualizations that captured the tactile identity of the space.
\nWalls are finished in hand-troweled plaster, creating a soft, organic envelope. Built-in elements such as benches, shelving, and cabinetry are seamlessly integrated into the architecture, allowing materials like natural oak, stone, and woven fiber to become central characters in the narrative. The kitchen features a sculptural island of stone and timber, surrounded by custom cabinetry with clean lines and subtle craftsmanship.
\nThe overall mood is quiet and grounded, with every design decision focused on harmony, scale, and natural tactility.
