I’m Maria Nefeli Pachta, a licensed architect based in Greece. I graduated with honors from the School of Architecture at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Early in my career, I worked in Paris at the architectural office of Jesús García Torres, where I gained valuable experience in international design collaboration and conceptual clarity.In 2023, I founded my own architectural studio in Kavala, where I lead independent residential and interior projects, and also collaborate with other studios across Greece as an external partner. My work includes complete architectural design studies and high-end photorealistic visualizations that help communicate design ideas clearly to clients and professionals alike.PhilosophyI believe architecture is a dialogue between people, place, and purpose. My goal is to design spaces that feel both timeless and alive — grounded in context, yet open to reinterpretation. I draw inspiration from vernacular architecture, natural materials, and the rhythm of everyday life . My projects are guided by simplicity, precision, and emotional resonance.ApproachEach project begins with listening — to the site, to the client, to the invisible needs that architecture can reveal. I work from concept to detail, always seeking to balance aesthetics with function, and intuition with technical accuracy.My studio also offers support to fellow architects and engineers, providing architectural studies and professional-level 3D renderings that enhance their design process and communication.
