This project was carried out in collaboration with the architectural studio K-S Project, under the project management of Konstantina Sygkyridi. Our studio was involved in both the architectural design process and the development of high-quality photorealistic visualizations, contributing to the project’s overall creative direction.

A contemporary residence shaped around an inward-facing courtyard, designed to create a calm and protected living environment within the urban context of Athens. The architecture emphasizes spatial continuity, soft transitions, and a strong connection between interior and exterior spaces.
Natural materials such as wood, stone, and textured plaster define a warm and timeless palette, while large openings frame views toward the garden and water elements, enhancing the sense of tranquility. Light plays a central role, filtering through the spaces and reinforcing the house’s quiet, introspective character.
The composition balances openness with privacy, forming a serene retreat where everyday living unfolds around the courtyard, establishing a subtle dialogue between nature, light, and architecture.
